How to Make Aprons From Kitchen Towels

Here's an easy tutorial for you today!

Turn a cute kitchen dish towel into an even cuter apron!  I put this tutorial together last year after I found these towels in the dollar bins at Target.

There are four different ways to make the apron (part 1 and part 2). .  You just need to decide which one is best for you.  All you need is a towel and either ribbon or fabric for the belt sash.

This one is by far the easiest and fastest!  Towel, ribbon, sew together!

This one was probably my favorite.  I used a piece of red fabric for the sash and gathered the towel before sewing together.

  2. Cute, cute, cute!! I'd have to add a bib to mine, for I've ruined more shirts from oil spots when cooking. :-(

    1. Yeah, I have bib aprons, too. This one I just wear to wipe my hands on when I am doing something easy, like baking. It's more cute than anything else : ) btw, I saw your vanilla bean soap....woah! I am imagining what it smells like : )
